Aaron Adair is a playwright from Chicago, Illinois. He is the author of numerous short stories, two full-length dramas and a series of one-act and 10-minute plays.
In 2008, his one-act play Dead Cat's Bounce was selected by The Heartland Theatre Company for their second annual Emerging Illinois Playwright Project. Other productions include The Trouble with Brandon and Buried in the Bahamas by New York’s NativeAliens Theatre Collective, Reconstructing Julie by New York’s Algonquin Theater, and Glad Tidings & High Waters by Madison’s StageQ.
In November 2009, he completed a residency at New Light Studios (Beloit, WI), resulting in his newest one-act play, Noticing Virginia. See Works and Productionsfor more information.
